Roam opens in modern times as an old fortune-teller beckons the audience to hear a cautionary "fortune tale" about love, life, war and heartbreak as we are taken back in time where we meet a dynamic family caravan of fortune-tellers and musicians who travel and do what's necessary to stay alive...at least until their wagon breaks down in hostile territory.
